Alma Bryant High School will host the 4th Alabama Southwest Regional Archery Tournament on Thursday, February 28th, and Friday, March 1st.
More than 600 archers from the elementary, middle, and high school levels in southwest Alabama will compete to advance to the 2013 National Archery in the Schools (NASP) State Tournament in Montgomery on April 4th.
Community sponsors have donated door prizes and items for a silent auction which will be held in conjunction with the tournament. Concessions will be sold throughout the tournament. All proceeds will go to the Hurricane Archery Booster Club to assist in offsetting the upcoming expenses of the National and World Tournaments. There will be no admission cost for the general public.
You are invited to watch some of the best archers in the country compete. Results will be posted online at OutdoorAlabama.com (Look for the link for Archery in the Schools and then the link for Regional Events.)
Please contact Coach Roy Richardson at 251/455-9192 for any questions or concerns.

I have had child participate in this event since the Hurricanes started hosting the event. We have always had a great time. I miss the coaching part of it, but enjoy the parent part. I am very proud of how well organized the event is and how much it has grown from the 1st tournament.
